Service Evaluation
The ENT UK H&N Cancer Telephone Triage: Service Evaluation, launched 23rd March 2020, with the aim of providing decision aids for managing NEW and FOLLOW UP H&N cancer patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, and assessing the safety of remote triage in this population.
The prospective patient identification period completed on the 13th July 2020.
The project was presented at the BAHNO Annual Scientific Meeting in May 2021 and was published in Cancer in August 2021 and in ClinOtol in May 2022.
