Main Committee
Chair – Amar Rajgor

Amar is an NIHR Doctoral Fellow and ENT registrar whose research focuses on applying artificial intelligence and radiomics to improve patient outcomes. He has secured numerous competitive grants and received more than ten national and international awards. As Chief Investigator of the NIHR AIRSPACE study, he leads multidisciplinary teams advancing translational imaging research. He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications, contributed to Scott-Brown’s Otorhinolaryngology, and is committed to strengthening research culture. He was also recently recognised on the Northern Ethnic Minority Powerlist, which highlights leaders across the North making significant contributions to their fields.
As overall chair of INTEGRATE, Amar aims to promote collaboration, drive research-led innovation across ENT specialties, and support initiatives that enhance patient care.
Secretary – Jeremy Wong

Jeremy is an ENT Speciality Registrar working in the West Midlands. He graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2019 with an intercalated degree in pathology. Following this, he completed his foundation and core surgical training in the East of England. He has published his award winning work in a variety of journals and topics, presenting at both national and international conferences. Outside of research, Jeremy enjoys teaching and has been actively involved in delivering teaching in both the East of England and West Midlands.
Since 2023, he has been involved with INTEGRATE in the Head and Neck subcommittee and currently as the INTEGRATE secretary. He is dedicated to continuing INTEGRATE’s leading role in high-impact clinical research by promoting and coordinating collaborative projects across all ENT sub-specialties.
Head and Neck chair – Chang Woo Lee

Chang graduated from the University of Cambridge in medicine with an intercalated degree in Physiology, Development and Neuroscience, completing a First-class research project in developmental neurobiology. He undertook out-of-programme research at the end of his ST4 and was awarded the Royal College of Surgeons of England Surgical Research Fellowship. He is currently based at the Royal National ENT Hospital, London, pursuing a PhD at UCL focused on improving clinical care for laryngeal dystonia.
As the new INTEGRATE Head and Neck chair, Chang is focused on fostering innovation and collaboration within the speciality, supporting research-led training and initiatives that will shape the future of head and neck surgery.
Otology chair – Alex North

Alex is an ENT Speciality Registrar in South London. He studied at the University of Dundee, graduating with Honours and the Dean’s Prize, and completed an Academic Foundation Programme in Newcastle upon Tyne. He has a strong interest in research and quality improvement, with multiple publications and presentations across ENT subspecialties, as well as involvement in collaborative projects. He aspires to pursue a career in otology.
Outside of clinical work, Alex enjoys teaching and supporting junior colleagues. He values the collaborative ethos of INTEGRATE and is keen to help strengthen national trainee-led research within otology. Beyond medicine, he is a keen runner and happy to discuss marathon training with fellow enthusiasts.
He has been involved with INTEGRATE since 2023 and is currently Chair of the Otology Subcommittee, supporting the delivery of impactful projects exploring patient access to auditory implants.
Rhinology chair – Dimitrios Spinos

Dimitrios is an ENT Speciality Registrar currently undertaking a PhD with the University of Birmingham, focusing on digitally empowered remote ENT service delivery models. He graduated from the University of Athens in 2017 and completed an MSc in Applied Neuroanatomy in 2019. His main interests are in skull base surgery and the implementation of technology in service redesign.
As the new INTEGRATE Rhinology chair, Dimitrios aims for INTEGRATE to facilitate the accumulation of robust evidence to guide the transformation of the ENT training programme. Continuing the work of his predecessors, he looks forward to collaborating on projects that will reshape practice and inform policymakers’ decision-making
